Merchant of record

All sales are made by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, Flotte's merchant of record. The purchase contract is with them, under their terms: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms. They take payment, apply the buyer's local VAT and send invoices.

Plans

Every app has a Free tier with no time limit. Pro is bought monthly or yearly, on its own or in a bundle; some plans are paid once (“lifetime”). Current prices are those on the Pricing page, in US dollars, before local taxes added at checkout.

A single licence key unlocks everything purchased, across every app in the suite.

Renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. Cancel at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; Pro stays available until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Refund requests are made from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, under its terms.
